I understand what you’re feeling. I was once there, too.
My earliest childhood memories were of being deeply afraid of the dark, and I even faked being sick
during my senior trip in high school because I was too anxious to leave my house. But back then I
didn’t understand that what I was experiencing was anxiety, I only knew it was holding me back from
living the life I wanted.
